In the autonomous community of Galicia we can find the beautiful municipality of wham, exactly in the central zone of The Coast of Death and province of La Coruña. Unlike some municipalities in Spain, in wham we can find many cultural and historical attractions, pure nature, incredible landscapes, the air quality is perfect and environmental pollution is a myth.
However, many wonder What can I see in Zas? This is why we will recommend some tourist attractions that anyone could do alone or with the whole family:

Meda Peak
If you have been planning a cultural route or a ride in wham, this viewpoint can not be missing for anything. The Pico de Meda is more than 500 meters high, it is the highest peak in the municipality and you can enjoy an incredible view of the region, its crops and the valley Soneira.
It is possible to carry out other types of activities in addition to contemplating the beauty of the place. Some people go in a group to do a route with mountain bikes, motocross, have a nice picnic enjoying nature. But remember, in this place there is wildlife such as foxes or rabbits, and it is recommended to take precautions to avoid accidents.

allo towers
If this picturesque municipality can be characterized by something, it is by the number of historical sites, museums, ancient infrastructures and history that hide the walls of each monument. In this case, you can never miss a walk to allo towers when they are planning to spend a few days in Saz.
To enter into context, a Pazo was a type of luxurious stately construction that was only inhabited by important people such as kings or nobles. The Towers of Allo It was the first Galician pazo in history, and many events over 500 years ago (invasions and battles) led to its construction.
That is why today it is a museum, its ancestor is told to never be forgotten and it is kept in perfect condition. If you want to learn more about Galician history or want to pass it on to your children, a step here would be ideal.

Brandomil Bridge
He Xallas River It is unique in Europe because it is not only 60 km long, but also has a mouth to the Atlantic Ocean and is shaped like a waterfall. Near the parish of brandomil, there is a very old Roman bridge that crosses the Xallas River, which was modified and reinforced in the Middle Ages in the 12th century.
In addition, archaeologists believe that under the river there are remains of an ancient Roman civilization, in the part of the Da fervenza and near this bridge that may be related to the past of this civilization.
We know that history, culture and landscapes are important when going for a walk. In this case, the Bridge brandomil ticks all the boxes to be a perfect stop when visiting Zaz if you are looking to know what happened in this part of Costa Da Morte.

House of Council of Zas
In inspiration of the allo towers, a town hall was inaugurated in wham in 1951 after almost 100 years of paperwork had to pass before it could be ready. The structure of this fortress is similar to the Paso de las allo towers because it is horizontally elongated, but it has the objective of housing the town hall and all the state dependencies of the municipality.
A curious fact is that there is no town hall as it is in the entire Death Coast, because the others did not have an aesthetic process as complicated and extensive as the House of Council of Zas. On the other hand, the history of its construction and those who built it is much more impressive than the structure itself, and it is an excellent option to learn more about the culture of Zas.
Like these stops that we mentioned, there are many more that are waiting to be discovered by traveling souls who enjoy the beauty of the Death Coast and the simplicity, but spectacular beauty of this small municipality in Galicia. However, we always recommend reserving somewhere in advance to avoid any hassles; but if you don't know how to do it, we can help you.
